This years theme is ‘A Whole of Health Approach to Mental Health.’
The goal of this theme is to explore innovation, practice, research and lived- experience around approaches to mental health and wellbeing that incorporate a ‘whole of person’ approach. The day will explore how acknowledging and incorporating individuals physical, spiritual and social needs into care and service delivery can improve mental wellbeing.
